Besides, Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus packs 4500mAh battery, which is better than 4000mAh of LG V40 battery. As a result, Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus has better battery, while LG V40 owns the stronger hardware.

For the cameras, Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus introduces a 16MP primary camera with an aperture of f/1.8. Meanwhile, LG V40 specs feature a 20MP rear camera with an aperture of f/1.9. However, Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus gains a 13MP selfie snapper (f/2.0), and LG V40 packs a 12MP front camera with an aperture of f/2.2. Thus, LG V40 has better cameras to win this round because both devices set up nearly the same selfie snappers.

Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus release date falls around late March 2018, while LG V40 is available since January of 2018. Besides, Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus price tag comes around $1169 (~ Rs. 75999), and LG V40 price starts at $1100 (~ Rs. 71309).
